Thread lift, filler, HIFU and fiber laser target different problems
Thread lifting aims to provide mechanical tissue support with inserted threads. Dermal filler adds volume and contour, HIFU uses focused ultrasound from the skin surface, and subdermal fiber-laser procedures act in a different tissue plane. None of these methods is equivalent to surgical facelift when there is substantial skin excess.
